Responding to inquiries and providing services. We use identity, contact, business and communications information to respond to you, prepare proposals, deliver the services we agree on and manage our relationship with you. The Position is based in the United States, and personal information you provide to us is stored and processed in the United States. If you contact us from another country, your information will be transferred to and handled under the laws of the United States, which may differ from the laws where you live. Where the law requires, we take appropriate steps to protect personal information that is transferred internationally.
13. Consent
Where our use of your personal information relies on your consent, you may give that consent when we collect the information or by contacting us, and you may withdraw it at any time by contacting us as described in Section 5. Withdrawing consent does not affect any processing that took place before you withdrew it.
14. Security of Your Personal Information
We maintain reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information under our control from unauthorized access, use, disclosure, alteration and loss, and we require our service providers to protect it as well. Everyone who handles personal information on our behalf is bound to keep it confidential. No method of transmission or storage is entirely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Information that is useful only for a short period, such as for a single event or recruitment process, is deleted at the end of that period. If you opt out of marketing, we keep a minimal record so that we do not contact you again.
18. Cookie Notice
Cookies and similar technologies are small files and settings stored by your browser. This site uses only strictly necessary technologies, which are required to deliver its pages securely and to remember your Cookie Preferences choice. These cannot be switched off and do not identify you. We do not use advertising, analytics, social media or cross site tracking cookies.
You can review these technologies at any time through Cookie Preferences in the footer, and you can manage or delete cookies through your browser settings. If we introduce any optional cookies in the future, we will update this notice and ask for your consent before using them.
19. Personal Information of Minors
The site is not directed to, and is not intended for use by, individuals under the age of 18, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information through the site. If we learn that we have done so, we will delete it promptly. Where our work for clients involves information about minors, we handle it in accordance with all applicable laws.
